Joshua Lloyd Webb
Biographical Information Joshua Webb was born 1981 in Perth Western Australia. He earned his BA in Visual Art with Honours at Curtin University of Technology while simultaneously finding/ funding that precarious balance between financial realism and artistic optimism by working as the head designer and art director for a small collection of prototype-engineering firms. He has been active within the conventional commercial West Australian art arena in addition to producing/ contributing to more unorthodox projects. A finalist in the British Council 2005 Mordant Art Award Josh’s solo career has been parallel to his involvement in the, ‘Poolside Collective’ and its numerous collaborative ventures within a variety of creative fields.
